When is the Time for a Divorce?

Too many sad stories have been told through the years about abusive husbands or unfaithful wives. Jesus only gave one reason for divorce, Matthew 19:6,9, and miserable living conditions do not qualify. In many cases the inappropriate behavior began long before the marriage. Hosea 4:6, oh, for a little more foresight! God wants us to act with deliberate prudence and forethought, thus He mentioned "wisdom" 223 times through the KJV. If thinking about someone and you see that they do not respect their parents, why think they will later respect you. If they lie to others, why wouldn't't they lie to you? If they are not completely honest, you actually want them raising your children with you? Choose wisely - the one you choose is your biggest help or hindrance in reaching the ultimate goal of Heaven. The time for a divorce is before the wedding ever goes on.
